An initiative of the Central Region, Tamil Nadu Circle for International Women’s Day 2026, a Personality Development and Self-Grooming Programme was organized for the staff of the O/o PMG, Central Region, Tamil Nadu Circle.
The session was conducted by Ms. Naseeba Begam from GSK and Bluewings Academy,Trichy.Aviation & Airline Management Trainer and former airline professional. She shared valuable insights on self-grooming, confidence building, communication skills, professional etiquette, and phone etiquette, helping women employees enhance their professional presence in the workplace.
